- Wisenet Student Administration CRMCustomer Relationship Management
- The Wisenet CRMCustomer Relationship Management tool available in the Wisenet Student Administration System provides basic CRMCustomer Relationship Management functionality. You can use this tool to help track business leads for your RTO(AUS) Registered Training Organisation through creating of Opportunities.
- An Opportunity can be assigned to an Owner (Wisenet flagged Staff Member) and recorded against either a ClientIn Wise.NET a client is a student, trainee or apprentice or Workplace. The system will allow you to search for an existing ClientIn Wise.NET a client is a student, trainee or apprentice/Workplace or generate a new record.
